Lexa’s contribution to the project was timely and significant. She accepts correction easily and is always willing to assist in any way that she can.
I believe Lexa’s strengths are enthusiasm and timely submission of her work. I believe her weakness is the lack of flexibility. Lexa had to miss some of the meetings due to time conflicts. Although she turned in her parts on time, it would have been nice to see her more often in the group meetings.
